Last updated: 1 July 2025 · Business: Platinum Finish Rendering Pty Ltd · ABN: 56 703 605 707

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply whenever you engage Platinum Finish Rendering Pty Ltd (ABN 56 703 605 707), trading from Melbourne VIC, to provide professional 3D rendering, visualisation and related business and consulting services (“Services”). By requesting a quote, accepting our proposal, paying a deposit or otherwise engaging us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are and how to contact us

Platinum Finish Rendering Pty Ltd is an Australian proprietary limited company based in Melbourne VIC, operating the website platinumfinishrendering.online. All enquiries about these Terms, our Services or your engagement with us should be directed by email to ceo@platinumfinishrendering.online. We do not conduct business with clients through unsolicited phone contact, and we do not publish or request telephone numbers as part of our client communications policy.

2. Quotations and engagement

  • All quotations provided by us are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • A quotation is an estimate based on the scope, deliverables, timelines and assumptions described in the written proposal. Work outside that scope may attract additional fees, which will be confirmed with you before proceeding.
  • An engagement commences only when you accept the quotation in writing (including by email) and, where required, pay the nominated deposit.
  • Prices quoted are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless expressly stated otherwise.

3. Your responsibilities

To enable us to deliver the Services, you agree to:

  • provide accurate, complete and timely briefs, files, brand assets, plans and other materials we reasonably require;
  • confirm you hold the necessary rights, licences or permissions for any materials you supply to us;
  • nominate an authorised decision-maker and respond to review requests within agreed timeframes; and
  • provide clear, consolidated feedback during any stated review rounds.

Delays caused by late or incomplete inputs may affect delivery dates, and we are not liable for deadlines missed as a result.

4. Payment terms

  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, engagements require a deposit of up to fifty percent (50%) before work commences, with the balance payable on delivery of final files.
  • Invoices are payable within fourteen (14) days of issue by bank transfer or other methods notified in writing.
  • We may suspend Services and withhold delivery of final files while invoices remain overdue.
  • Overdue amounts may accrue interest at the rate prescribed under the Penalty Interest Rates Act 1983 (Vic), together with reasonable recovery costs.

5. Revisions, variations and cancellations

  • Each proposal states the number of review rounds included. Additional rounds or material changes to an approved direction will be quoted as a variation.
  • If you cancel an engagement after work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable and you remain liable for work completed to the date of cancellation.
  • We may propose variations to scope, schedule or fees where circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including third-party software or asset availability) materially affect delivery. Variations take effect when confirmed in writing by both parties.

6. Intellectual property

  • Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the final deliverables for the purposes set out in the proposal. Ownership of source files, working files and our pre-existing tools, templates and methods remains with us unless expressly assigned in writing.
  • We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing before delivery.
  • You warrant that materials you supply do not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party, and you indemnify us against claims arising from materials you provide.

7. Confidentiality

Each party will keep confidential information received from the other party strictly confidential, use it only for the purposes of the engagement, and protect it with the same care it applies to its own confidential information. These obligations survive completion of the engagement, except where information is or becomes public, was already known independently, or must be disclosed by law.

8. Australian Consumer Law and warranties

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or other mandatory Australian laws.

Our Services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with our Services, you are entitled to cancel your engagement and receive a refund of the price paid for the affected Services, or compensation for their reduced value. For minor failures, we are entitled to remedy the failure within a reasonable time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law and subject to the above, all other conditions, warranties and guarantees, whether express or implied, are excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law (and subject always to clause 8), our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Services is limited to the fees actually paid by you for the specific Services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity or loss of data, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

10. Third-party materials, stock and software

Where deliverables incorporate third-party stock assets, fonts, plug-ins or licensed software, your use of those components remains subject to the relevant supplier’s licence terms. We will identify any licensing restrictions that materially affect your intended use where reasonably practicable.

11. Subcontracting

We may engage suitably qualified subcontractors or consultants to assist in delivering the Services. We remain responsible to you for the performance of any work we subcontract.

12. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power or internet outages, industrial action, pandemics, or acts of government. Affected delivery dates will be extended equitably, and we will notify you promptly of any such event.

13. Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises, please first contact us at ceo@platinumfinishrendering.online so we can attempt to resolve it fairly and promptly. If the matter cannot be resolved by discussion within twenty-one (21) days, either party may pursue mediation or another dispute-resolution process before commencing court proceedings, except where urgent injunctive relief is required.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the Commonwealth of Australia.

15. General

  • These Terms, together with any accepted proposal, form the entire agreement between the parties regarding the Services.
  • If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
  • Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
  • We may update these Terms from time to time; the current version published on this website applies to engagements commenced after the update date.

16. Related policies

How we collect, use and protect personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy. To discuss your project or request a written quotation, visit our quote page or contact page.
